Nelson ole Kirrokor is current CEO of Nkoilale community community development organization was brought in a very needy family and in 2005, He was fortunate to win a scholarship to join Koyiaki Guiding School which was a school of its kind in Kenya that trains guide to be professional Safari field guides. Nelson was able to get employment after the scholarship. He was strongly touched by the support he received from well-wishers and always looking to a way to come back and support her village as give back. He came back to the village and together with John ole Mpoe and Stichting Nkoilale, he united his community and NCDO was born.

with 181 landowners of the Nkoilale livestock group owning 750 hectares and 2000 family members,
150 women of the Woman beading group supporting 1200 family members
and 1800 children are given education now.

The board of the NCDF consists of 11 members:
Aim is to improve the community contribution to make the projects sustainable beyond any funding support.
The 3 groups have committed to contribute 10% of their return on investment to the foundation as a way to continue the good work. All projects are done in fully participation of the community through meetings, discussions and voting about the content and prosecution of the projects.
